Abstract
This retrospective analysis across 3 hospitals evaluates antimicrobial stewardship interventions by clinical pharmacists, specialist pharmacists, and infectious diseases specialist pharmacists. Findings highlight differences in intervention types, urgency, and complexity, underscoring the value of infectious diseases specialist pharmacists in optimizing patient care and antimicrobial use within a multitiered pharmacy practice model.
