This short presentation summarizes findings on a non-systematic review evaluating whether high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) is as effective as invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV) (C) and reducing mortality in COVID+ ICU patients. The presentation was performed by Adult Gerontology Nurse Practioner students as a part of part of a semester-long research experience for Barry University’s NU-625: “Evidence-Based Inquiry Course (NU-625) course in the Fall, 2020. Audio commentary is included.
